At its heart, HubSpot is a powerful database equipped with a range of tools that empower your team to efficiently accomplish tasks and propel your business forward. Within this dynamic platform, HubSpot uses objects as structured data containers for storing vital information. In the world of HubSpot, you’ll find four essential objects: contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.

What are your goals for your email strategy? It’s important to have a clear understanding of where you want to lead your prospects and customers. Are you aiming to increase traffic to your blog? Drive more e-commerce sales? Schedule important meetings? Close those crucial deals?
An effective email strategy acts as a guide, leading your audience from point A to point B. However, you can’t successfully do that if you’re unsure of what “point B” represents. Your ultimate objective will determine the approach and tactics you employ in your email cadence.

What many people are surprised to learn about my HubSpot consulting business is that my lead funnel is fueled 100% by organic search. I’ve never paid for PPC ads because my website content does the work for me: the gift that keeps on giving year after year. I think I’ve discovered HubSpot’s best kept secret: Form Interactions in the “event triggers” beta for workflows. In my opinion this is a game changer for creating form abandonment strategies, and I wonder where HubSpot could be going with this new feature. Maybe A/B form testing? How amazing would that be?!
Anyway, in this week’s video I share a demo of this feature and how I’ve put a Form Interactions workflow together to identify website visitors who simply “interact” with my Referral Program form but don’t submit it.
