One-Off HubSpot Projects Starting at $500

Sometimes you don’t need a HubSpot consultant forever. You just need help with this one thing.

Maybe you need to rebuild your deal pipeline. Your data is a mess. You want someone to train your team. You have an automation idea but aren’t quite sure how to build it. Or you’ve reached the point where you’re pretty sure HubSpot can do what you want, but you have no idea how to make it happen.

That’s where one-off HubSpot projects come in.

I’ve been using HubSpot since 2012 and have been a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner since 2014. Over the years, I’ve worked through hundreds of HubSpot use cases across a pretty wild mix of industries. If you have a specific HubSpot challenge to solve, there’s a good chance I’ve encountered something similar before.

And if I haven’t? Those are usually the projects I find the most fun.

One-off HubSpot projects start at $500.

What kinds of HubSpot projects do you take on?

A lot!

Every business uses HubSpot differently, so I don’t have a fixed menu of projects you have to choose from. If it involves figuring out how to make HubSpot work better for your business, I’m interested.

Some common projects include:

  • HubSpot training
  • Workflow and automation builds
  • Deal pipeline setup and optimization
  • CRM cleanup and data standardization
  • Custom properties and custom objects
  • Lists and audience segmentation
  • Lead scoring and lead management
  • Marketing campaign strategy and setup
  • Marketing emails and landing pages
  • Sales sequences
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Integrations
  • Data imports
  • Sales process configuration
  • Troubleshooting existing HubSpot setups

And then there are the projects that don’t fit nicely into a bullet point.

Those are welcome too.

Can you clean up our HubSpot portal?

Please give me your messy HubSpot portal.

Seriously.

Some of my favorite projects start with a company that has been using HubSpot for years and has reached the point where nobody is quite sure what’s happening anymore.

Maybe too many people have had their hands in the portal. Properties have multiplied. Workflows overlap. Data isn’t consistent. Reports aren’t trusted. And everyone is a little afraid to delete anything because who knows what it might break.

I genuinely enjoy untangling this stuff.

I’ll look at what’s there, figure out what’s still useful, identify what can be simplified or removed, and look for opportunities to improve the way your CRM works.

And whenever possible, I like to use automation to help clean and maintain your data so we’re not just making everything tidy once and watching it slowly become a mess again.

Do you offer HubSpot training?

Yes. I can include HubSpot training as part of a larger project, or you can book it separately at $120/hour.

I customize training around what your team actually needs to know rather than walking everyone through every button HubSpot has to offer.

Maybe your sales team needs to understand contacts, companies, deals, and sequences. Your marketing team needs to get comfortable with lists and email. Or you have someone taking over HubSpot administration who needs to understand how your particular portal has been built.

We’ll focus on the things that matter to the people in the room.

Can you build HubSpot workflows and automation?

Absolutely.

Automation is one of my favorite parts of HubSpot because a good workflow can eliminate an incredible amount of repetitive work.

I can help you think through the process first, determine what should actually be automated, and then build it in HubSpot.

That might be marketing automation, lead routing, internal notifications, sales processes, data management, customer communication, record creation, or something much more specific to your business.

The goal isn’t to automate something simply because we can.

It’s to make your business work better.

Can you create custom objects in HubSpot?

Yes, and I LOVE custom objects.

Contacts, companies, deals, and tickets work beautifully for a lot of things. But businesses are complicated, and sometimes the thing you need HubSpot to track doesn’t fit neatly into any of them.

That’s where custom objects get interesting.

I’ve used HubSpot’s customization tools to solve all sorts of unusual business problems, and I love figuring out how different records, properties, associations, workflows, and integrations can work together.

If you’ve ever found yourself saying, “I wish HubSpot could track…”, I want to hear the rest of that sentence.

Can you help with HubSpot integrations?

Yes.

Sometimes the best solution isn’t getting more information into HubSpot manually. It’s figuring out how HubSpot should work with the other systems your business already relies on.

I can help evaluate integration options, determine what information needs to move between systems, think through how that data should be structured in HubSpot, and make sure we’re integrating things for a reason rather than simply syncing every field we can find.

Because more data isn’t always better.

Useful data is better.

Can you fix something another HubSpot consultant or agency built?

Yes.

You don’t need to explain why it was built that way or apologize for the state of your portal.

Businesses change. Employees leave. Agencies change. HubSpot changes. Something that made perfect sense three years ago may make absolutely no sense today.

I’ll start with what you have and figure it out from there.

How much does a one-off HubSpot project cost?

One-off HubSpot projects start at $500.

The actual cost depends on what you need, how complex the project is, and how much time I expect it to take.

Once I understand the project, I’ll give you clear pricing and scope before we get started.

No mystery invoices at the end.

What if my one-off project turns into something bigger?

This happens more often than you might think.

We start with one problem. While I’m working on it, I learn more about your business. Then one of us says, “Wait…could HubSpot also do this?”

And suddenly we have another interesting problem to solve.

Sometimes that means another one-off project. Sometimes it turns into an ongoing HubSpot consulting relationship.

There’s no requirement that it does.

But some of my longest client relationships started with one very specific project.

Have a HubSpot problem you want to solve?

Tell me what you’re trying to do.

It doesn’t have to be perfectly scoped, and you don’t need to know which HubSpot tool will solve it. That’s part of what you’re hiring me to figure out.

If it’s something I can help with, I’ll tell you how I’d approach it and what it will cost.

And if HubSpot can’t do what you have in mind?

I’ll tell you that too.
