HubSpot Work is one of the more interesting additions to HubSpot in a while because it addresses something that has traditionally happened around the CRM rather than inside it.
Your customer data may live in HubSpot, but the work associated with that data often doesn’t.
Client onboarding gets tracked in spreadsheets. Internal requests arrive through Slack. Marketing projects live in Asana or Monday. Sales reps maintain account plans in separate documents. HubSpot admins field requests through email, chat, and hallway conversations.
HubSpot Work is designed to bring more of that operational work into HubSpot.
Currently available in public beta, HubSpot Work combines tables, documents, forms, projects, and AI agents in a workspace that is natively connected to the CRM. Teams can build processes using plain-language prompts, connect those processes to CRM records, and automate pieces of the work that previously required a combination of project-management tools, spreadsheets, and manual follow-up.
I’ve been looking through some of the use cases HubSpot is sharing with partners, and they provide a much clearer picture of where Work could fit into a company’s day-to-day operations.
