Purchase HubSpot, Without the HubSpot Onboarding Fees

HubSpot is the best all-in-one sales, marketing and customer service CRM on the market, and I only work with businesses that use it or are ready to implement it. As a Platinum HubSpot Solutions Partner, I’m certified to onboard your business with any Hub, and when you purchase HubSpot through my agency, the one-time onboarding fees are waived. (That’s a savings of $1000 for Sales or Service Pro; $3000 for Sales or Service Enterprise; $3000 for Marketing Pro; and $6000 for Marketing Enterprise!)

Many people reach out to me because they did pay the HubSpot onboarding fees, but then didn’t get enough one-to-one attention to feel confident in the platform. Months later they end up looking for a consultant like me to finish the job, help them find the holes in their automation strategy, build reports, and provide training for their sales and marketing teams. Don’t let this happen to you!

What most people new to HubSpot don’t realize is that when HubSpot onboards you, it is guidance-based and they’re NOT going to do the work for you or provide one-to-one training. HubSpot is very transparent about this on their website:

HubSpot Advanced Onboarding guides you through the considerations of a more sophisticated setup, while HubSpot Solutions Partners provide strategic consultation and hands-on support to execute your highly customized setup for you.

Both options provide you with strategic and technical guidance, but if you need additional help executing, you’ll want to enlist a certified Solutions Partner.

My HubSpot Onboarding Fees

Unlike project consulting, I quote onboarding as a flat rate, starting at $750. It’s all dependent on the Hubs you buy and the complexity of your tech stack, integrations, data migrations, how many team members need to be trained, etc.

These are typically 30-90-day onboardings with a flat rate based on the assumption that you’re purchasing HubSpot through my agency, Lovable Marketing. As long as you purchase your Hubs through me, HubSpot will waive their onboarding fees (as high as $6k for Marketing Hub Enterprise alone).
